What a festival; what a venue!
This is the view I had to the side of my stage for two out of the three performances I did at Stroud Theatre Festiva last weekend. A great fun and friendly festival with an enormous amount on for every audience.
I was on stage at The Museum in the Park, which was a great venue. This view is from the museum's events room, which was set up as a theatre for the weekend. I shared the venue with some other lovely performances including Pandora by Multi Story theatre and The Numbers Station by White Hippo productions.
Beautiful sunshine graced us for the whole weekend in the fantastic venue at the top of the Museum's garden. The third performance I did was an intimate affair in the museum's "Collectors Room". A performance of The Invisible Museum, right in the heart of a museum: it couldn't really be more appropriate could it?!
I loved every minute of Stroud Theatre Festival, and even managed to take my children to some shows including Pandora, by Multi Story and The Bird Show by another Wiltshire based company, The Last Baguette.
THANKS STROUD!
